Role Description

Lasher is currently seeking a litigation attorney to join our Business Litigation Practice Group. This position provides the opportunity to engage in sophisticated legal work, collaborate with exceptional colleagues, and develop a meaningful, enduring career.

The firm is accepting resumes from Washington attorneys with 3 years of general litigation experience. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, work well with clients, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit. The most qualified applicant will have experience in every stage of commercial litigation, as well as excellent writing, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Annual salary range for this position is $125,000.00 – $180,000.00 depending upon years of experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matching 401(k) contribution up to 4% of your voluntary contribution, fully paid transit pass or parking subsidy, paid time off (PTO); in addition to objective and subjective monthly and annual bonuses.

Qualifications

  • Three years of general litigation experience in all stages of commercial litigation
  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association
