We're hiring a Marketing & Growth Lead at Edensign.
Edensign is building the future of AI-powered spatial intelligence for the built world. Incubated at Harvard Innovation Labs, we are developing next-generation AI systems that combine generative AI, spatial reasoning, design intelligence, and real estate data to transform how real world spaces are visualized, marketed, understood, and optimized.
We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, creative, and execution-driven to help us scale growth, brand, and go-to-market as we rapidly expand our business.

This is not a traditional marketing role. You'll work directly with the founder and leadership team on:
• Growth strategy & GTM execution
• Content creation/
production
across different channels• AI-native marketing workflows & automation
• Paid ads campaign management
• PR, media outreach, and thought leadership strategy
• KOL / influencer partnerships and creator collaborations
• Partnerships with enterprise clients
• Product launch campaigns
• Community & brand building
• Performance marketing & lead generation
• Conference strategy, events, and industry presence
• Analytics, conversion optimization, and growth experiments
• Thought leadership around AI, design, and the future of real estate
Ideal background:
• Comfortable creating content personally
• Experience managing paid acquisition and growth campaigns
• Experience working with creators, KOLs, influencers, or industry media
• Deep understanding of social/content-driven growth
• Startup or high-growth experience
• Strong storytelling, communication, and design taste
• Experience in SaaS, AI, proptech, design, or real estate is a major plus
• Comfortable moving fast and wearing multiple hats
• Excited about building a category-defining company from the ground up
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
