Summary:

Seeking an experienced Telephony Engineer with strong expertise in Avaya systems, AWS Connect, and unified communications to design, configure, and manage enterprise telecom networks.

Key Skills:

• Avaya Call Manager, System Manager, Voicemail
• NICE Uptivity, TASKE Reporting, Cisco Voice/Video
• AWS Connect & PBX/Telecom Network Design

Responsibilities:

• Configure and administer telephony and unified communication systems
• Manage Avaya UC environment and AWS Connect
• Design and maintain voice/data telecom networks
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure service reliability
• Support disaster recovery and document configurations
