Financial Additions has partnered with an established Aviation company looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team.

This position is in office, but has hybrid flexibility down the road.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full cycle accounting operations
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and preparation of monthly financial statements using QuickBooks
• Reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards and other accounts
• Assist with audits
• Direct purchasing process and budget process
• Oversee HR related items, such as benefits, payroll and 401k

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years experience with full cycle accounting
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or other ERP system
• Human Resources Background
