The Company is North America’s largest manufacturer and supplier of fiberglass and aluminum truck caps and Tonneaus for residential and commercial applications.<br></span></p><p >Job Description</p><p ><span ><span >Pay: $25.00 Based on Experience</span></span> Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in Manufacturing Production Labor? if you are dedicated, a fast learner and have great attendance, this is the job for You!</p><p ><span >Essential Functions:<br></span>• Sets up equipment and Welds metal parts together using TIG welding processes.</p><p >• Performs related tasks such as cutting, grinding, bolting, or riveting</p><p >• Repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts</p><p >• Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding. Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding</p><p >• Lays out, positions, aligns, and fits components together.</p><p >• Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly, and welding.</p><p >• Attends group meetings periodically to learn new or modified tasks</p><p >• Examines weld components to detect defects.</p><p >• Ensures the completion of production requirements in a timely manner through.</p><p >• Other duties as assigned or needed.</p><p ><span >Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:<br></span></p><p >• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentages.</p><p >• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.</p><p >• Ability to problem solve with various situations regarding welding.</p><p >• Ability to adapt in a fast passed environment and embrace change openly</p><p >• Must have a positive and figure it out attitude.</p><p >• Must be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.</p><p >• Must be able to work with minimal supervision</p><p >• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily</p><p ><span >Education/Experience:<br></span></p><p >Prior Welding experience required and a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant manufacturing experience.</p><p >Experience in sheet metal fabrication and assembly required</p><p ><span >Amazing Benefits!!
