SUMMARY :

A leading law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate (3-6 years) to join its nationally recognized practice. This role involves advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of domestic and international financing transactions, including private credit, structured finance, and syndicated lending.

Preferred office locations include New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Represent lenders and borrowers in a broad spectrum of financing transactions

- Work on private credit, receivables financings, and structured credit deals

- Handle syndicated credit facilities and growth capital financings

- Advise on distressed and complex debt transactions

- Collaborate with cross-border teams on international financings

- Provide high-level client service and maintain strong client relationships

QUALIFICATIONS :

- 3-6 years of relevant law firm experience in banking/finance

- Strong experience with debt financing transactions

- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills

- Highly motivated with a strong client-service mindset

- Active Bar membership in a U.S. state (must meet applicable office requirements)

- Salary Range: $260,000 - $390,000 (based on experience, skills, and location)
