Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized, functional treatment plans in natural environments
  • Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions for pediatric clients
  • Travel to client locations including homes, daycares, and schools
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and educators to support carryover of skills
  • Educate and coach parents and staff on strategies to enhance communication throughout daily routines
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with professional standards
  • Represent Little Talks Speech Therapy with professionalism, compassion, and strong communication

Requirements

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experienced Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates will be considered
  • Current liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
