As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new client relationships in Northeast Ohio
- Manage the full business development cycle-from prospecting to closing and account management
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, video, and in-person meetings
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Represent CFS with professionalism, integrity, and a consultative approach
