Finance Associate Attorney (Borrower Side)- San Diego

Overview: Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking mid-level associates to join its rapidly growing and market-leading Private Equity Finance Practice. This role is ideal for candidates in the 2nd to 4th year associate class.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in borrower-side private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance
• Experience with sponsor-side private equity acquisition financings is preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
