Debt Fund Finance Associate Attorney

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in the Debt Fund Finance practice. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of debt finance transactions, including loan documentation, diligence, and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Work on debt finance transactions, including lender-side representation and experience with private equity and venture capital funds

• Draft and negotiate loan documents, including reviewing diligence items in connection with debt finance transactions

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of debt finance transactions and market trends

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to provide exceptional client service

• Contribute to the growth and development of our Debt Fund Finance practice

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience working on debt finance transactions

• Experience with lender-side representation and private equity and venture capital funds (preferred but not required)

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with experience reviewing diligence items in connection with debt finance transactions

• Familiarity with debt finance transactions and market trends

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
