Manufacturing Controller

Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 + 10% Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL (Onsite)

As the Controller, you will serve as the senior financial leader on site, overseeing all accounting operations while partnering closely with executive and operational teams to drive performance, enhance controls, and support strategic initiatives.

• Lead all accounting functions, including general ledger, financial close, and reporting processes
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and supporting documentation
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, partnering with leadership to evaluate business performance
• Build, develop, and mentor the accounting team, fostering a high-performing environment
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, corporate policies, and internal control requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits
• Partner with operations to provide cost analysis, inventory insights, and manufacturing performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial integrity across all accounting activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
• Deep experience in manufacturing accounting required
• Background in public companies or Fortune 500 environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
• Prior public accounting or audit experience is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
• Proven leadership ability with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
