We are hiring a Principal-level Head of Growth to own new-logo acquisition and revenue growth across both Provider and Payer markets.

This role is growth only. Nothing else.

The Mandate

This role is 100% focused on growth.

  • Own net-new Healthcare RCM revenue
  • Build a repeatable growth engine
What You Own
  • Own all net-new Healthcare RCM bookings
  • Build and convert a high-quality enterprise pipeline
Outcome-Based Sales Leadership
  • Sell CP360’s performance-based RCM model: % of realized collections only
  • No fixed billing
  • No upside without measurable outcomes
  • A growth partner, not a vendor
  • A risk-aligned operator, not a traditional BPO
  • Lead with ROI, cash acceleration, and revenue integrity
Dual-Market Expansion (Provider + Payer)Provider MarketUse cases:
  • AR acceleration
  • Revenue leakage recovery
Payer MarketUse cases:
  • Claims operations & recovery
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (90–180+ days)
  • Engage CFOs, COOs, VPs Revenue Cycle, and Health Plan Ops leaders
  • Structure outcome-based contracts and success metrics
  • Personally close lighthouse enterprise accounts
Build the Growth Engine
  • Define ICPs, qualification standards, and deal economics
  • Create a repeatable healthcare GTM playbook
  • Hire and mentor future healthcare hunters
  • Partner with Delivery to ensure scalability and margin discipline
Who We’re Looking ForRequired
  • 12+ years selling healthcare services, RCM, or healthcare operations
  • Proven track record of enterprise new-logo wins
  • Experience selling non-traditional or outcome-based models
  • Comfort with long, complex sales cycles
  • Credibility with healthcare and PE-backed executive team
Strongly Preferred
  • Prior leadership role at payer operations or revenue integrity company
  • Existing executive relationships on both Provider and Payer sides
  • History of carrying $10M+ new-logo quotas
Success Metrics (12–18 Months)
  • $10M–$25M in net-new healthcare revenue
  • At least 2 PE-backed platform wins
  • Clear path to healthcare vertical leadership

  • Long-term incentive/equity potential
  • Direct access to the CEO and Board visibility
