We are partnering with a well-established, multi-location brand to hire a Local Store Marketing (LSM) Manager to lead local marketing initiatives and community-driven activations across assigned markets. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, foot traffic, and local sales through strategic partnerships, grassroots marketing, and in-store promotions.
The ideal candidate is highly hands-on, deeply connected to the local market, and experienced in executing marketing strategies at the store or regional level.
You will be:
- Develop and execute local store marketing plans aligned with national and regional marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage local activations including events, sponsorships, community partnerships, and grassroots initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership and operations teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives at the store level.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community stakeholders.
- Manage local marketing budgets and track ROI for activations and campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics such as traffic, sales lift, and campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing efforts and in-store materials.
- Support new store openings with localized marketing plans and launch activations.
You will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in local, field, or store-level marketing, preferably within retail, QSR, hospitality, or multi-unit environments.
- Strong understanding of grassroots marketing, local partnerships, and community engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing local marketing performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within the assigned market as needed.
- Required to live in The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, or Staten Island.
