About YupMD

YupMD is a concierge healthcare platform designed to simplify how patients access and navigate care. We combine high-touch, guided support with a trusted medical team to deliver fast, convenient, and seamless treatment experiences.

Our model is intentionally premium - we focus on clarity, speed, and real human support at every step. Patients aren't left to figure things out on their own; we guide them from initial consultation through treatment and ongoing care.

Our regenerative medicine program is built around delivering exceptional patient outcomes within a structured, protocol-driven model. The clinic also serves as a training environment for physicians, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution of care.

About the Role

We are launching a high-touch regenerative medicine clinic focused on joint pain, longevity, performance optimization, and orthobiologic therapies. This clinic will serve as both a patient care center and a physician training hub, with established protocols, compliance frameworks, and care pathways already in place.

This role is ideal for a physician who is highly clinical, detail-oriented, operationally engaged, and excited to execute and teach standardized regenerative protocols within a structured, high-end patient experience.

This is not a passive supervisory or figurehead medical director role. We are seeking a physician who is actively involved in patient care, procedural execution, physician training, and ongoing clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Execution

  • Perform regenerative and image-guided injection procedures in-office, including joint, soft tissue, tendon, ligament, and related therapies
  • Conduct patient evaluations within established clinical guidelines
  • Execute standardized regenerative protocols and treatment pathways with consistency and precision
  • Ensure high-quality documentation, patient safety, and compliance adherence
  • Participate directly in patient consultations, treatment planning, and procedural care

Physician Training

  • Train and mentor visiting physicians on established regenerative protocols and procedures
  • Demonstrate injection techniques and procedural best practices in a live clinical setting
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all trained providers
  • Support development of physician training materials, SOPs, and clinical playbooks
  • Help reinforce a reproducible, scalable treatment model across providers

Clinical Oversight

  • Maintain adherence to established compliance and regulatory standards
  • Provide clinical guidance to staff and escalate edge cases as needed
  • Operate collaboratively within a structured, protocol-driven environment
  • Uphold a high standard of patient experience, professionalism, and operational discipline

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with active Florida medical license (required)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical procedural experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with regenerative and orthobiologic procedures in a clinical setting
  • Experience performing injection-based musculoskeletal or interventional procedures independently
  • Strong communication skills and comfort teaching or mentoring other providers
  • Ability to follow structured protocols with precision and consistency
  • Professional, patient-focused demeanor in a concierge-style environment
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with clinical, operational, legal, and leadership teams

Strongly Preferred

  • Direct experience with PRP, orthobiologics, stem cell-based therapies, exosomes, or regenerative medicine protocols
  • Background in sports medicine, orthopedics, PM&R, interventional pain, or related procedural specialties
  • Experience with ultrasound-guided and/or fluoroscopic-guided procedures
  • Experience operating in a cash-pay, concierge, or premium clinical environment
  • Prior teaching, physician training, or mentorship experience
  • Experience building or operating inside standardized clinical systems and care pathways
  • Long-term interest in helping build and scale a regenerative medicine platform

What Success Looks Like

  • Safe, consistent execution of all regenerative protocols
  • High patient satisfaction and trust
  • Ability to effectively train physicians with clarity, confidence, and consistency
  • Strong adherence to compliance, documentation, and operational standards
  • Active participation in building a scalable, high-end regenerative medicine environment
