Director of Nursing

Hiring: Director of Nursing (DON)

St. Ignace, Michigan (Onsite) Full-Time (36-40 hrs/week)

We are seeking a strong clinical leader to oversee nursing operations in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team leadership.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of nursing leadership experience
• Active Michigan RN license (required before start)
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations & compliance (CMS)
• Proven ability to lead and manage nursing teams

Preferred:

• Prior DON or Assistant DON experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards
