Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager (Level 2) to manage key client relationships, support strategic communication initiatives, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills, a solid understanding of communication strategy, and experience in managing campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain effective relationships with assigned clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and communication goals.
• Provide responsive, high-quality service to clients while identifying opportunities for account growth or cross-selling in collaboration with senior team members.
• Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.
• Conduct industry and competitive research to inform client recommendations and support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate the execution of integrated communication campaigns across digital, print, and social channels.
• Work closely with creative, digital, and content teams to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Track and report on campaign performance using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.
• Support in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and recommendations for campaign improvements.
• Collaborate with senior account managers, business development teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Participate in internal planning meetings and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or communications (agency or corporate setting preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting ideas and updates to clients or stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Wrike)
• Exposure to developing or supporting strategic communication plans.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, or content strategy.
