Location: South Jordan, UT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Pay: $20–23/hr

A leading financial institution is seeking a Junior Finance Operations to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in financial operations, analysis, and client servicing to launch their careers in a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients and beneficiaries through the inheritance and account transfer process
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and support account-related requests
• Process and verify account updates, asset movements, and related documentation
• Review and reconcile client data to ensure operational accuracy
• Research and resolve service requests promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operational workflows
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in finance required — internship experience counts
• Must be local to South Jordan, UT
