This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of onsite client interaction and hands-on technical troubleshooting across Microsoft environments, networking, desktops, and cloud platforms.
Day to Day:
- Provide onsite and remote support for SMB clients (1-2 onsite's per day and the rest of the time is working from home)
- Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Office 365, and networking issues
- Support desktops, servers, mobile devices, and cloud applications
- Work alongside senior engineers on escalated technical issues
- Deliver white-glove customer service and build strong client relationships
Experience:
- 3+ years of MSP experience preferred
- Strong Windows & Office 365 troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting end users in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with networking, Active Directory, and virtualization
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation for client site visits throughout the DC Metro area

Salary & Benefits:
- $75,000-$85,000
