Job Summary

Lincoln Group is hiring a Accounting Manager looking to grow long term into more Leadership opportunities for a growing multi-state, multi-site healthcare organization based in Greenville, SC. This is a hands-on, traditional Accounting Manager role responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, and close processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounting: GL, AP/AR, payroll oversight
• Manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
• Perform and review account & bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and reporting
• Support financial analysis and leadership reporting
• Lead audit preparation and ensure GAAP compliance
• Oversee all accounting and finance functions
• Manage and mentor accounting team (Senior + Staff Accountants)

Systems & Tools

• NetSuite (required)
• Power BI (preferred)
• Athenahealth / EMR systems (plus)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 7–10+ years of accounting experience
• Has a CPA preferred
• Prior Accounting Manager Experience
• Strong experience in:
• Multi-entity / multi-state accounting
• Intercompany accounting
• Month-end close & reconciliations
• Healthcare experience required
