Position Overview

As a Consumer Loan Servicing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting members throughout the loan lifecycle while delivering high-quality service and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Process consumer loan applications from initial intake through completion, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate member funding activities, including disbursements and verification of required documentation
• Prepare and review loan packages to ensure completeness and adherence to internal policies and procedures
• Handle inbound calls and assist members with loan-related questions and service requests
• Provide ongoing support by resolving miscellaneous loan servicing issues in a timely and professional manner

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of consumer loan servicing experience
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Prior experience working within a credit union required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
