Accounting Projects Consultant
Our client is seeking an Accounting Projects Consultant to partner with the CFO on system optimization, CRM initiatives, and high-level accounting support. Salary is $80-$100k, DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING PROJECTS CONSULTANT:

The Accounting Projects Consultant will lead CFO-directed projects including system optimization and utility billing process improvements
The Accounting Projects Consultant will evaluate systems, recommend enhancements, and implement streamlined workflows
Provide hands-on GL, AP, and AR accounting support during staff absences or backlog periods
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication with leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING PROJECTS CONSULTANT:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong hands-on GL accounting experience with ability to work independently
Experience with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus
Nonprofit, HUD, or public funding exposure is a plus
