Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 base + 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Own month-end close, general ledger, and financial compliance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
• Deliver actionable financial reporting and analysis to leadership
• Partner with the CFO on operational and financial initiatives
• Oversee inventory costing, valuation, and margin analysis
• Drive Power BI reporting and advanced financial analytics

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA/CMA preferred)
• Strong FP&A, financial reporting, and month-end close background
• Experience with Power BI, advanced Excel, and ERP systems
