Our client offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where this role plays a key part in supporting construction operations and financial accuracy. This position provides leadership responsibility, visibility across projects, and the opportunity to improve and streamline accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations related to invoice processing, accounts payable, and loan draw activity
• Supervise, mentor, and prioritize work for accounting and accounts payable staff
• Review and approve invoices, payments, and loan draw packages
• Serve as the primary internal contact for loan draws, deadlines, and related issues
• Support set-up of new projects and maintain invoice workflow systems
• Assist with construction budgets, cost-to-complete analysis, and cost reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience; construction or homebuilding experience preferred
• Prior experience managing or leading a team
• Proficiency with accounting systems, AP workflow tools, and Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Salary: $90,000 - $115,000
