Position Overview

The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations and lead a small team. This onsite role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to 5 accounting staff
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Partner cross-functionally with internal departments to support business decisions
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies
