Accounting Manager
$130,000 – $160,000 + Bonus
Our client, a well‑established and growing organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their corporate finance team. This is a highly visible Accounting Manager role supporting consolidated reporting and enterprise‑wide accounting functions. This position offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager
- Lead the monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee intercompany eliminations, equity, and corporate accounting activities
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analytics
- Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching and mentorship
- Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and external reporting teams
- Support audit activities and maintain strong internal controls
Ideal Background for the Accounting Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s or MBA preferred
- CPA required with 8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior experience in public accounting and/or large public company environment
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and corporate consolidations
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP and consolidation systems experience preferred
$130,000 – $160,000 + bonus
