Job Title- Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN/Per Diem) Shift schedule- Day/Evening/Night The role offers flexible scheduling, so you may choose dates that fit your availability. We have several assignments planned for May, June, July 2026. Job Duties: Admit, discharge, and transfer patients/residents and complete associated documentation. Obtain and report vital signs and changes in condition promptly. Administer medications per orders and report adverse reactions. Perform wound care and collect blood/urine specimens for testing. Document care accurately and in a timely manner in the facility EMR. Restock supplies, medications, and equipment to maintain unit readiness. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Support infection control and follow facility policies and CMS guidance. Required Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited LPN program. License: Active LPN license in the state of practice (compact/multi-state requirements should be verified). Experience: Minimum 6 months LPN clinical experience. BLS and Covid. Employment Type: Contract Salary: $34 - $37 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
