Location: Halethorpe, MD (Fully In‑Office/Onsite)
Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base + bonus
This is a newly created Senior Accountant role with a growing, fourth‑generation, privately-owned engineering company headquartered in the Baltimore area.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Construction or engineering industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong accounting fundamentals (debits/credits, reconciliations, close)
• Comfortable owning work with minimal supervision
• Interest in process improvement, systems, and technology
• Sage 300, Power BI, or similar tools are a plus (not required)
