Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing team by managing digital assets, coordinating content uploads, and helping maintain organization across marketing platforms and systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain marketing content including product imagery, launch materials, and promotional info within internal digital platforms and systems to ensure all information is accurate, current, and properly versioned
  • Coordinate and support B2B email communications and newsletters, including content compilation, review/QA, and distribution
  • Assist with product launch preparation and coordination, including collaterals, GWPs, sales tools etc.
  • Review assets for accuracy, formatting, naming conventions, and version control prior to publishing
  • Support updates to marketing content, promotional materials, and product information across platforms
  • Help troubleshoot basic content or asset issues within marketing systems
  • Support preparation and presentations for webinars and cross-functional meetings
  • Maintain the B2B marketing email inbox
  • Provide support for the US and International Marketing teams, including asset requests, content localization needs, timely communication and delivery of US marketing materials to regional teams, etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working within content management systems, shared drives, and digital platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic digital tools
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the team
  • Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness industry preferred

Work Environment

The work environment is indoors in a professional office environment. The floor surfaces are carpeted in office areas and conference rooms with vinyl floor covering typical in hallways, break rooms and computer rooms.

Work Hours:

The work schedule is 2 days per week, 8 hours per day. Initial start time may vary, with work hours typically from 8am-5pm. Work hours and shifts are subject to change depending on operating business conditions and needs. The position resides in Orange County and is in office.

Physical and Mental Demands:

Sedentary, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, or negligible amounts of force frequently, to move objects. This job also requires constant sitting. Constant use of the upper extremities is required to reach, handle, and position tools and equipment. The employee must know and follow proper safety protocols and maintain a professional and polished appearance.
