As the Business Unit Manager your responsibilities will include

• Leading multifunctional teams to support business growth, operational priorities, and customer programs
• Preparing business plans, sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and commercial growth initiatives
• Managing customer relationships and acting as a key interface throughout programs development activities
• Reviewing proposals, contracts, and commercial agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Supporting profitability targets, operational performance, and long-term business strategy execution

As the Business Unit Manager you will bring

• Degree qualified (MBA preferred)
• Previous leadership experience within aerospace manufacturing
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting business growth, customer engagement and pricing strategies
• Knowledge of P&L accounting and EBITDA optimization
• The ability to lead multifunctional teams within fast paced and changing environments
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills
• A proactive leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability
