Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Perform general ledger accounting, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Support month‑end close preparation and related reporting
• Prepare and manage business taxes, including property, license, sales, and excise taxes
• Assist with state and local tax compliance requirements
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Exposure to general ledger accounting or tax‑related work
• Experience with Costpoint or similar ERP systems preferred
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills
