Key Responsibilities for the Staff / Senior Accountant:

Maintain and analyze job‑level WIP schedules and project costs
Act as the accounting liaison between finance and project management teams
Support and oversee AR, AP, and Payroll sub‑ledgers
Prepare month‑end close, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
Monitor fixed assets and depreciation, with a focus on heavy equipment
Identify and resolve billing gaps, missing costs, and change orders

Qualifications for the Staff / Senior Accountant:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
5+ years of accounting experience; construction/WIP experience preferred
Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze job‑level financial data
Experience supporting multiple accounting functions or sub‑ledgers
