Long Term Contract to Hire - Hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in office

Rate: $48-52/hr. W2 hourly with benefits

Technical Business Analyst--

• 4+ Yeaars of Business Analyst or Product Owner experience
• Requirements Gathering and User Stories
• Some experience with AI is highly desired for this position
• UAT Testing experience is a plus
• SQL experience

Responsibilities

1. Evaluates business requests to determine feasibility; researches and identifies options that best serve business needs.

1. Conducts

1. Documents business requirements, technical requirements, processes and workflows.

1. In collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, establishes project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.

1. Develops project plans and associated communication documents to successfully implement solutions.

1. Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

1. Proactively identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path.

1. Defines acceptance criteria,

1. Promotes Business Analyst team development by recommending best practices and advising junior Business Analysts within the team.
