Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced sales leader to oversee wholesale account performance and strengthen long-term customer partnerships in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving account satisfaction, and aligning sales activity with operational planning. The ideal candidate brings strong business-to-business sales expertise, sound forecasting ability, and a strategic approach to pricing and channel support.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of wholesale customers, ensuring strong relationships, consistent service, and fulfillment of agreed commercial terms.
• Partner closely with customer support teams to streamline order management, resolve account issues quickly, and maintain day-to-day client satisfaction.
• Work with internal marketing and channel stakeholders to help execute promotional plans that support customer growth and market visibility.
• Develop forward-looking sales projections to support inventory decisions, supply planning, and broader business forecasting.
• Track account performance indicators, identify warning signs early, and take action to reduce churn risk and protect revenue.
• Evaluate account workflows and communication practices to uncover opportunities for better efficiency, stronger engagement, and improved customer experience.• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or wholesale distribution.
• Demonstrated success growing revenue within customer accounts and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy, budgeting, and sales forecasting principles.
• Experience supporting inventory planning through accurate demand or revenue projections.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, customer service, marketing, and operations teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
