Global Manufacturing Project Manager
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing transformation, is seeking a Global Manufacturing Project Manager to join their team. As a Global Manufacturing Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations and Supply Chain department supporting global manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and cross-cultural communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Florham Park, NJ
Pay Range:$74/hr plus OT, benefits
What's the Job?
- Lead large-scale, complex manufacturing transformation projects across North and South America.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, EHS, Finance, and Regulatory to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and change management.
- Establish governance structures, including steering committees and executive reviews, to monitor project progress and escalate issues.
- Drive change management initiatives and maintain operational readiness during transitions and site moves.
What's Needed?
- Proven success managing high-stakes manufacturing projects in multinational environments.
- Strong governance and disciplined project execution skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and manage competing priorities.
- Ideally looking for someone that is bilingual in English/Spanish with an MBA.
- Must have valid PMP certification and strong financial acumen.
