Commercial HVAC Technician
Our client, a leader in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a dedicated Commercial HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Maintenance Department supporting building operations and ensuring optimal climate control. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Rate: $30/hr
What's the Job?
- Design, install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot boilers, heating systems, and mechanical components for optimal performance
- Manage HVAC-related projects within deadlines and budget constraints
- Operate and maintain Building Management Systems to enhance building performance
- Conduct painting and carpentry work related to HVAC installation and repairs
What's Needed?
- Strong foundation in construction and mechanical systems
- Expertise in boilers, ventilation, refrigerants, and plumbing systems related to HVAC
- Proficiency in project management and energy management
- Ability to operate various control systems, including fire alarms and safety systems
- Understanding of refrigeration, electrical equipment, and cooling towers
