Materials Management Analyst

Our client, a leading aerospace/advanced manufacturing company, is seeking a Materials Management Analyst to join their team. As a Materials Management Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain / Materials Planning Department supporting Planning, Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving ability, and sense of urgency/prioritization skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Materials Management Analyst
Location: Clearwater, FL (Onsite)
Pay Range: $30.77 - $33.13/hr

• Analyze material inventory levels, shortages, and supply risks
• Investigate and resolve material issues caused by supply disruptions or demand changes
• Monitor shortage reports, open demand, and past due materials
• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to resolve material constraints
• Develop and maintain reports, trackers, and dashboards to improve material visibility

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• 3+ years of materials planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Access, SQL, Power BI highly preferred)
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
