Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous mobility and fleet management, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be part of the Fleet Orchestration Department supporting the development and enhancement of critical backend systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and technical acumen, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $90-$95/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Help define the systems that ensure autonomous robots are in the right place at the right time
  • Steward a software product line and curate its roadmap to meet organizational goals
  • Work closely with Engineering, Science, Technical Program Managers, and front-end Product Managers to refine and prioritize features and requirements
  • Define, implement, and monitor metrics that measure the health and performance of fleet orchestration systems
  • Drive collaboration across teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer service quality

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of product management experience
  • 2+ years as product manager for complex backend software systems
  • Experience driving collaboration, alignment, and influencing outcomes without direct authority
  • Direct experience with product lifecycle management
  • A technical background with the ability to learn and understand software development concepts such as back-end systems, web apps, APIs, and technical tradeoffs
