The Hospital for Behavioral Medicine is seeking an experienced Inpatient Psychiatrist to step into a high-impact leadership role as Chief Medical Officer (CMO)

• Lead clinical strategy, quality, and medical governance

• Establish and uphold evidence-based standards of care

• Recruit, mentor, and support psychiatrists & NPs

• Partner with executive leadership on program growth

• Serve as a visible, on-site leader (5 days/week)

• Maintain a small clinical caseload
