Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Fulfillment:

  • Track available stock for all marketing-related launch pushes, products and kits.
  • Coordinate with ShipBob to ensure timely fulfillment and troubleshoot shipping or delivery issues.
  • Prepare and send product shipments to influencers, partners, and event locations as needed.
  • Maintain clear records of what was sent, when, and to whom with consistent tracking notifications to key stakeholders

Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise between marketing, operations, and warehouse teams to confirm stock levels and shipment timelines.
  • Coordinate with Beverage, Brand, and Project Management teams during campaign kickoffs to ensure all channels are fully stocked ahead of launches.
  • Flag potential out-of-stock items and work with supply chain on replenishment needs.
  • Keep internal trackers and shared sheets up to date with product and shipment details.
  • Develop and manage clear product order SOPs, including standardized order templates, tracking processes and comms

Organization & Reporting:

  • Maintain organized product storage areas in the office.
  • Update internal logs and dashboards with shipment data and tracking information.
  • Assist with light administrative tasks (PO creation, vendor communication, etc.).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or marketing coordination (internships welcome).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel).
  • Excellent communication and follow-through.
  • Experience working with a 3PL (ShipBob preferred) a plus.
  • Excited to work in-person with a fast-paced, creative team.

Benefits

  • Fun and inclusive work environment with a super collaborative team
  • Access to Company Insurance (Health, Dental, Vision)
  • Company-wide events
  • 401(k) plan that the company matches because your future should bloom as well
  • Generous PTO because work-life balance is important
  • A brand new company laptop (yes, it's Apple)
