Job description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and key schedules
• Support audits, tax processes, and external reporting requirements
• Assist M&A team with acquisition integration
• Oversee cash, bank reconciliations, intercompany activity, and fixed assets
• Support team development, training, and accountability
• Partner with AP, AR, and payroll functions to ensure smooth operations
• Accounting department lead for ERP systems
• Lead and coordinate the monthly close process across a multi-entity environment
• Process improvement lead
• Assist Director of Finance with financial statements

Oversee all software implementations

Qualifications:

Experience Needed:

• Accounting staff managerial experience
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Oversight of complex accounting processes
• Ability to handle day-to-day accounting when necessary
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Successful experience improving internal controls
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Multiple entity and high-volume experience
