Start Date: June 1, 2026
This in-person role offers a flexible MondayFriday schedule of approximately 1624 hours per week between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We're happy to accommodate class schedules or other commitments.
Responsibilities:- Perform bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate financial records, including substantial data entry.
- Manage and update data on financial statements.
- Support the Accounts Payable Team with daily operations and projects.
- Research outstanding checks.
- Review and process invoices submitted via SurePoint.
- Prepare account and bank reconciliations.
- Record financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
- Currently enrolled in college, majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, comfortable with technology, and quick learner of new software and applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work, manage workflow efficiently, and maintain accuracy.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Self-starter with a hands-on, action-oriented approach who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits: This position offers an hourly rate of $18.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. Part-time employees are eligible for PTO, sick leave, holiday pay, bereavement leave, 401(k), and Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The posted salary range reflects the base pay for this position.
