Through an unwavering commitment to innovation and premium craftsmanship, Callaway designs, manufactures, and sells high-performance golf clubs, golf balls, apparel, bags, and other accessoriessetting the standard for performance in the game of golf./ppOur Mission: To create demonstrably superior and pleasingly different products powered by innovative technology and premium craftsmanship enabling golfers of all abilities to play their best and find more joy in the game./ppOur company is a blend of experience and diverse backgrounds, and together we look to leave the past behind while moving the game forward./ph3Roles And Responsibilities/h3ulliResponsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by ensuring accuracy of customer orders build partnerships with key contacts./liliResponsible for reviewing, analyzing, and prioritizing orders for assigned customer accounts./liliRelease orders to warehouse floor in a timely manner monitor through completion to ensure all deadlines are met./liliResponsible for identifying issues with orders and escalate through appropriate channels for resolution./liliActs as liaison between Sales, Order Management, Distribution Center, Vendor Compliance, customer./liliResponsible for submitting routing requests via customers portal and adhering to their specific requirements and ship windows. Must be knowledgeable in understanding and correctly executing Key Account routing instructions./liliResponsible for creating BOLs for each shipment, ensuring accuracy of required data/signatures, upload a copy of the BOL to company shared drive./liliResponsible for scheduling LTL/TL shipments with assigned carriers interact with the drivers upon arrival./liliConduct audits on all shipments for assigned accounts to ensure accuracy of carton pallet counts./liliResponsible for initiating post good issue (PGI) for all orders as it relates to company customer polices./liliInteracts with on-site Will Call customers./liliMust be able to understand and coordinate future shipments (i.e. pack hold)./liliCommunicates daily with Supervisors on open issues./liliMust be able to work overtime on short notice./liliExpedite critical shipments as required./liliProvide support to the sales order management teams and coordinate daily rush priorities./liliMay occasionally cover duties of others within the department in special circumstances (holidays, vacation schedules, PTO, special projects)./li/ulh3DeI And EEOC/h3pInclusion Diversity: As a purpose-led, performance driven company, we strive to foster a culture of belonging based on respect, connection, openness and authenticity.
