Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Manages the Sales Service Associates team for OEM by periodically reviewing workload, adjusting accounts/territory as needed, providing guidance, answering customer inquiries, providing pricing/sales figures and other information, and handling personnel activities (hiring, training, performance management, terminations, etc.
- Interacts with all other departments concerning OEM customer requirements.-Conducts or attends regular update meetings with OEM Sales support staff, Supply Chain Team Leads, Specialty Product Manufacturing (SPM) and
- Dominican Republic manufacturing sites, etc and follow up on any action items.
- Implements continuous improvement strategies to improve the customer experience.
- Searches for approaches to progress the Creating Super Fans initiative and implements those ideas.
- When required due to urgency and/or staffing, prepares and enters sales orders in SAP and releases orders for shipments in SAP.
- Responsible for completing all required reporting and file and account updates (training records , procedures manual, Product incident Reports, monthly sales numbers by division/territory) and maintaining department files.
- Generates the Monthly Bookings and requests the incentive payouts as required.
- As Department representative, actively participates in Internal Audits of our quality procedures.
- Researches standard costs for OEM Price Book and work with Sales Manager to update pricing on a yearly basis; works with team to have OEM default pricing for new items and/or updates to pricing and to enter into SAP.

Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
- Provides direct or indirect supervision to a group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. Accountabilities include work and people scheduling, performance management and recommendations for hiring decisions.
Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.
Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc
Required:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6+ years of related experience in a customer service environment, including supervisory/leadership experience
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
Preferred:
- Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industry
- Prior experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system

Salary Range: $75,000-$90,000
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.

Many of our customers and potential customers are in clinical settings, including, but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, and other health care clinics (hereinafter, “Healthcare Customers”).
