Join us and you'll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance.<br><br><b>Key Accountabilities:</b><br><ul><li>Lead, manage and direct Power Generation after sales business opportunities for Direct and Distributors/Dealers Customers in North and Latin America</li><li>Define short- and long-term goals and initiatives to promote and increase penetration in the Power Generation market segments and closely monitor results to ensure success.</li><li>Contact, manage and provide sales assistance for service products (ex. Spare parts, Extended Coverages and etc.) to direct customers and distributors, as well as internal and field personnel.</li><li>Identify and define new business opportunities and products to establish growth initiatives for service products and services including making the sale.</li><li>Resolve customer and distributor issues as necessary to support on-going business as well as generate new business. </li><li>Evaluate distributor performance against sales goals and take a proactive role to drive improvements.</li><li>Perform administrative functions such as monitoring and assisting with budget planning, revenue forecasting, approving expenditures, and employee evaluations.</li><li>Develop, manage and participate in tradeshows and industry events as well as assisting with the development of advertising campaigns, product literature and distributor events.</li><li>Track and report on industry trends, business conditions and account status to develop future products and sales</li><li>Ensure that parts inventory and training levels are sufficient (ex. at Distributors/Dealers) to provide quality sales and after sales support</li><li>Monitor, implement and evaluate <b>mtu</b>'s procedures, policies and agreements to increase customer awareness and compliance</li><li>Prepare and present professional presentations to customers, management and staff</li><li>Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.</li><li>Perform special projects as required</li></ul><br><b>Basic Requirements:</b><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management and 7 years of applicable experience in support, sales or parts-marketing within after-sales or 10 years of experience in service support, sales or parts marketing within after sales</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel domestic and international on short notice, up to 75% of the time</li></ul><br><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br><br><ul><li>Knowledge of <b>mtu</b> organization (products, policies & procedures)</li><li>Knowledge of SAP operating system</li><li>Proven, dynamic leader of people</li><li>Excellent knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessments, and evaluation of customer satisfaction</li><li>Proven ability to manage large, complex business agreements, negotiations and financial transactions</li><li>Proven ability to develop new business and deliver sales results.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the practical application of systems to analyze and report on stock levels, new parts orders, shipments, and sales of after sales products</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with limited information</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Proficient with MS Office Suite</li></ul><br>Rolls-Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
