Title of Position - Restaurant Dining Room Manager
Job Description: As our Restaurant Dining Room Manager you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. Leading the team by example and creating a positive, healthy working environment. Guest satisfaction is a top priority of the Restaurant Dining Room Manager. Providing our staff with the
inspiration and coaching tools to succeed will be functions of the Restaurant Dining Room Manager. Working closely with the General Manager the Restaurant Dining Room Manager will gain adequate knowledge of profit and loss statements and proper inventory management. General equipment maintenance as well as cleaning and sanitation tasks will be followed up by the Restaurant Dining Room Manager. Security and safety practices are also to be monitored for compliance. The Restaurant Dining Room Manager will also be part of counseling and reviewing personal.

Qualifications:
• The Restaurant Dining Room Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree on honesty and integrity
• Open availability is a requirement for the Restaurant Dining Room Manager
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Restaurant Dining Room Manager
• The Restaurant Dining Room Manager must be passionate about and thrive on the development and mentoring of others
• This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Restaurant Dining Room Manager
