• Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities that align with customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records through proficient 10 key typing skills for data entry tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in finance management and customer service.

Experience

• Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the dealership or financial services sector.
• Strong background in sales with an emphasis on upselling techniques.
• Proficient in using various financial software applications for analysis and reporting.
• Excellent basic math skills to perform calculations accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions based on findings.
• Previous experience as a loan officer is a plus, showcasing an understanding of lending processes.
