Residential HVAC installer - Sign on Bonus

We are looking for a Residential HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. We offer 75% personal health insurance coverage. Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Inspect and perform equipment replacements
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields, 5 Years preferred
• $1,500.00 sign on bonus after 6 months, assuming applicant has 5 years experience in HVAC installation
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
