Now Hiring: Finance Office Manager

We are seeking a skilled Finance Office Manager to join our team and play a key role in keeping our finances accurate and operations running smoothly.

Freedom Manufacturing LLC is located in the Grande Industrial Park in Saratoga Springs. Freedom MFG produces liners for intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) out of plastic films. These tank liners are used to reduce environmental waste, eliminate cleanup, and protect sensitive materials. Tank liners are sold to customers who self-install for use within their manufacturing facilities or for shipping. Freedom MFG has a Tank Services Department where we install tank liners as a service to our customers.

Our product development staff designs customized solutions for a wide variety of containers. Our customer base looks to Freedom as the leader in this market and rely on our ability to develop solutions to solve complex problems.

Freedom is seeking a Finance/Office Manager to lead our efforts in this area as we enter a rapid growth period due to contractual agreements with key accounts.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily financial office operations, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Supervise and develop administrative and finance staff
• Coordinate with external partners such as auditors and vendors
• Oversee cost & procurement to prevent supply interruptions and ensure cost control
• Conduct monthly detailed variance analysis using P&L data and Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finance, manufacturing accounting, and office management
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with accounting software (currently QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field
• 5 plus years of professional experience in finance/accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
