Special Education Teacher

About the Role:
HTF Staffing is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to support students with diverse learning needs. The teacher will collaborate with general education staff and related service providers to implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and foster an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student goals and needs.
• Adapt curriculum and instruction for students with disabilities.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success.
• Maintain compliance with all special education documentation and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa teaching license (Strat II:ID required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience with IEP development and classroom management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
