What You’ll Do

• Work directly with customers to secure the best financing and protection options for their vehicle purchase
• Present and sell finance and insurance products clearly and professionally
• Structure deals and submit credit applications to lenders to secure approvals
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction
• Maintain a smooth and efficient delivery process for customers

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
• Strong knowledge of lender programs, credit structures, and deal funding
• Excellent closing and product presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
• Strong attention to detail and compliance knowledge
• Experience with dealership management systems and CRM tools
• A customer-first mindset with a commitment to professionalism
